Integrating Artificial Intelligence in Education – CBSE Resources

In alignment with this vision, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) introduced Artificial Intelligence as an optional subject for Class 9 in the 2019-2020 academic session. This initiative includes comprehensive training for teachers on utilizing AI in the classroom, supported by training videos and resources.

CBSE\’s latest announcement marks a significant step forward, proposing AI as a multidisciplinary integrated pedagogical approach for classes 6 to 12. This document aims to guide schools in training educators to seamlessly integrate AI concepts with relevant curriculum topics. It highlights the pivotal role of AI tools in fostering experiential learning and provides detailed lesson plans to help teachers incorporate AI into their teaching methodologies.
